We are a complete Fire Project Management, Client-Representative, Project Execution, and Fire Consulting firm; we primarily focus on fire rational designs, emergency evacuation planning, fire safety audits and risk assessments. We offer Due Diligence work at any stage through the development cycle of a project as well as ongoing operations.

Execution is done using the classical Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPCM) model on a partnership basis. We provide Fire Consulting Services to clients who are looking to build their own internal project management capability to tackle a portfolio of capital projects.

We subscribe to the code of practice approved by the South African Bureau of Standards as well as the National Building Regulations. Our methodologies increase the client’s understanding of the visual design intent as new materials become available, design methods are refined, and innovative building systems are introduced. This results in the early use of new developments and the eventual acceptance of the satisfactory systems as conventional building methods.
